What happens after you hit send

  1. We read the brief properly

    A designer, not a bot, goes through what you sent and checks whether anything important is missing.

  2. You get a written quote

    Deliverables, revision rounds, file formats, price and delivery date — on one page, in plain language.

  3. One short call (optional)

    If the project is bigger than a single deliverable we will suggest a 20-minute call before you commit.

  4. 50% to start

    Work begins once the deposit clears. The balance is due at handover, before final files are released.

Quote questions

It is fixed for the scope described in the quote. The only way it changes is if you add deliverables or change direction after approval — and we always quote that separately, in writing, before doing the work.
Three rounds on the chosen concept for most projects, unlimited on identity packages inside the agreed direction. Rounds are counted per consolidated feedback list, not per email.
Yes. Full commercial rights transfer to you once the final invoice is paid, including source files. We only ask for permission to show the work in our portfolio, and you can decline.
Say so in the form and pick “Rush — within 48 hours”. We keep a slot open most weeks. Rush work carries a 30–50% surcharge depending on the day.
Editable source (AI / PSD / Figma), print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks in CMYK, plus PNG, JPG and SVG exports for screen. Packaging jobs also include the dieline layer.
